A strategic way to boost booth traffic. We will have your logo and booth number on signs at registration, water locations and on tabletops to direct people to stop by your booth to pick up a water bottle. Sponsor is responsible for production and shipping of the water bottles as well as giving them to thirsty attendees.

Your company logo and booth number will be included in Countdown newsletters with instructions to attendees to stop by for their water bottle.

Sponsor will be provided the opportunity to place a branded door hanger on all Prosper attendee’s door handles at the host hotels of their choosing.

Sponsor will be responsible for any associated costs provided by the hotels for distribution in addition to production, printing and delivery of the branded door hangers.

Sponsor must provide PDF of artwork to Prosper for approval and all branded items must arrive at the venue by the deadline.

HOTEL KEY CARDS$4,000 | 1 Available


The hotel key cards offer maximum visibility for your logo. You can design the front of the hotel keys cards for our host hotels. Highlight your brand by providing a customized key card holder to accompany the cards.

The key card sponsorship grants the sponsoring company the exclusive rights to provide branded key cards used by attendees staying at the hotels with Prosper room blocks. Sponsor may provide key cards to all or some of the hotels.


Sponsor will be responsible for the cost of producing the custom branded key cards.

Sponsor must provide PDF of artwork to Prosper for approval and all branded items must arrive by the deadline.

NEWSLETTER ADVERTISINGReach registered attendees before the show with an ad in one or more of the Countdown newsletters. Countdown newsletters are sent to all registered conference attendees beginning four weeks before the event to provide them with pertinent information, schedules and more about the upcoming event.

Each newsletter offers one leaderboard position and two box ad positions that will click through to the urladdress that the sponsor provides.
