Role  of  Leadership  team  in  Project  Management    This  is  a  thoughtful  reflection  of  the  feedback  we  got  from  CXX  level  professional  in  a  software  company   in   USA.   While   leveraging   “BootStrapToday”   for   this   company   we   found   immense  participation  from  the  CXX  team.  The  company  leaders  showed  great   interest  &  commitment  to   learn  the  product  &  effectively  bring   it   to  practice.    We  spoke  to  the  CXX  team  and   learnt  from  them  the  importance  of  the  leadership  team  in  project  management,  the  challenges  they  face  and  the  solutions  to  these  challenges.        CXX   plays   an   important   role   in  mapping   the   projects   to   the   business   expectations,   budgets,  resources  &  manpower.  They  are  under  tremendous  pressure  and  constantly  need  to  maintain  an  eagle  eye  view  on  the  projects,  operations,  resources  &  staff.  A  small  slip  and  the  company  vision  may  abate.      The  lesson  learnt  was  to  enable  BootStrapToday  in  meeting  the  CXX  need.  The  product  needs  to  encompass   the   levels  of  hierarchies  and  provide  a  platform  not   just   for  Project  Managers  (PMs)   but   also   for   CXX   and   the   teams   to   communicate   seamlessly.   BootStrapToday   being   a  cloud   based   platform   immensely   helps   PMs   track   his   teams   progress,   project   milestones   &  schedules.   Now   we   find   a   new   dimension   and   purpose   to   this   product-­‐   which   is   to   deliver  project  updates  to  CXX  in  the  business  language  that  they  understand.        The  key  is  to  facilitate  an  excellent  environment  for  seamless  communication  across  organization!  

CEO  Message    A  great  start  to  2011!  BootStrapToday    is  being  embraced  by  the  market  and    has  grown  its  space  by  leaps  &  bounds.      It  gives  me  great  joy  in  sharing  that    BootStrapToday  has  improvised  immensely  and  is  making  its  way  into  the  global  market.  I  am  extremely  excited  about  the  new  office  and  greatly  motivated  by  this  promising  start  to  2011.  It’s  a  wonderful  experience  to  see  the  BootStrapToday  team  moving  into  a  bigger  &  more  comfortable  new  space.  I  look  forward  to  building  the  team  further  &  expanding.  I  immensely  appreciate  the  effort  the  team  has  put  into  BootStrapToday  and  envision  the  product  to  grow  achieve  greater  heights.    This  year  as  a  team  I  would  like  to  focus  on  robust  customer  support  for  BootStrapToday  clients  to  ensure  100%  customer  delight.  Our  milestone  would  be  to  bring  joy  to  our  clients  and  build  strong  relationships.        Anand  Agarwal  CEO
