INTRODUCTION

The Atelier of Botanical Beauty Concept was created in 2009. Since that, market trends,

competitors shops and customer expectation have evolved a lot and there is a huge need

for us to Revamp our shops to remain attractive while focusing on our Botanical Beauty

uniqueness

This book is dedicated to the teams which will prepare shop openings and set up shops.

It recaps all the merchandising and communication principles of the Atelier of Botanical

Beauty concept and explain you how to set up the element in shop.

It also gather tips and best practice from other countries to help you improve the shopping

experience of customer inside your shops.
