The ICHI girl takes her inspiration from everywhere

but knows exactly where she wants to go in life.

She expresses her attitude through her feminine,

edgy way of dressing, inspired by urban culture

and art.

Her life is here and now. What was and what could

have been is of no use. She dresses to express

the mood of the moment and makes extraordinary

clothes look so easy to wear. Everyday is fashion

day and she knows how to look like a million

without spending one.

The vintage style of her grandmother, Berlin’s art

scene or Café de Flore in Paris. The ICHI girl

makes sense of it all and dares to combine the

unthinkable. The result is her dynamic, easy-

going and yet sophisticated look. Her admiring

friends wonder how she does it. Well, she dares.

ICHI is proud to be merchandised in your shop. Our

aim is to maximise your sales. Our collections are

designed, made and delivered with this purpose. ICHI’s

six yearly Main Collections supplemented by five

Express Collections already guarantees that your shop

is perfectly up to date, all year round.

But in order to further fine tune to the exact needs of

your shop, our main collections are divided into monthly

Palette Collections.

An ICHI Palette Collection is a colour coordinated mix

of basic, core and profile styles. The palette concept

ensures that the colours of each month’s styles match

perfectly when merchandised and of course, when

bought and worn by your customers.

These core styles are the basis of the collections. Each

style is carefully selected, designed for the season and

visualised in the monthly Palette Collections in this

guide for easy reference.

She is in the deep, mythic forests of New England, far

from the hectic city life. The rays of the low sun peer

through the window of the river cottage. She notices

the heavy morning dew on the grass outside and she

sees the birds in the open sky migrate to new distant

lands. Meanwhile, her memories of the hot and happy

summer days evaporate. But they do so without

nostalgia because for her, autumn is a new beginning.

A season of immense beauty, where the sharp colours

of summer give way to a vastness of elegant mustard

yellow, kid orange, autumn green, brown and greyish

hues.

She decides to dress up warmly and get out of her

simple cottage. Outside, she soaks in the morning’s

beauty. She begins to walk along the river and she

can see her breath in the chilly air. She feels the true

presence of nature inside her. She realises that she

is one with the whole and begins to dance in the dewy

grass.

It is this deep feel for nature that has inspired ICHI’s

Autumn Opening Collection. It is created in sensual,

warm colours, and the autumn feel is underlined in its

use of fluffy and soft materials. The edgy look and the

surprising combinations that the ICHI girl loves are also

there, of course. The poetic, hand drawn prints and

heartfelt statements deliberately contrast the clean

silhouettes. Numerous details and cute gimmicks, like

the many appliqués, draperies and wrinkles, bring out

that unmistakable ICHI edge. With the easy-going and

yet sophisticated look of the Autumn Opening Collection,

the ICHI girl will, once again, be the focus of attention

from her admiring friends.

MERCHANDISING TABLES AND RACKS

A basic table has a simple and a very commercial set up. The purpose of a table is to show one or two styles only! But then repeating the style in all available colours. This gives the customer a clear understanding.

The type of product to be merchandised is only to be basic articles since these are perfectly designed for a mass- merchandise set up.

Merchandised in "straight forward" stacks of articles and ensure there is a price point on the table.
