    Colin Frayne is, by original training, an industrial chemist, corrosion engineer and environmentalscientist, and since the age of 16 has worked in many different laboratories and industries aroundthe world, in QC, R&D, sales, sales management, corporate general management, and marketing. Hehas lived in half a dozen countries on four continents and worked in over sixty countries beforemoving to the USA in 1993. He is a published technical author, lecturer, and international industryconsultant, and in 2004 was awarded the AWT Water Technologist of the Year. Mr. Frayne

    manages his own small international consulting company, Aquassurance, Inc. from a base in Georgiaand travels over 100,000 miles each year consulting in water treatment, industrial processchemistries, and business management.
