Our designs interpret traditional textiles to create modern pieces that reflect our passion for travel and culture. Patterns are based on simplistic beauty with a focus on bold, geometric and natural elements. Our first collection focuses on the Philippines, a country with personal significance to us founders, where weaving has existed for centuries. It includes two series, Isla, handwoven in the Philippines, and Lungsod, screen printed in the UK. Vision We believe in unique, hand made items that celebrate artisanal craft in a global, contemporary and responsible way. This means combining ancient with modern techniques, collaborating with artisans and family run businesses that have developed their craft over generations, and producing our products with respect to fair trade and sustainable practices.

ABOUT INSPIRATION PRODUCTS MARKETING/SALES FIN
Philippine partners We work with two groups of artisanal women in the Philippines. Both are organised as cooperatives and have some 30 members, with the aim to empower women in the community through the production of quality hand woven products. Salngan Livelihood Multipurpose Cooperative is found in Iloilo, in the Visayas region, and focuses on ‘hablon’ weaving. These are primarily solid, stripe and plaid designs that require a two pedal loom. Nagbacalan Loomweavers Multipurpose Cooperative is based in Paoay, Ilocos Norte, and focuses on ‘abel’ weaving. They create solid, stripe and more intricate patterns using a five pedal loom and a pick-up technique. UK partners The screen printing and manufacturing of our Lungsod cushions and our totes take place in England. We work with family-run businesses that have existed in the UK for generations, resulting in high quality hand-crafted products.
