Automatic turnery Gabrieli srl is a solid and dyna-mic company and sector leader in Italy and abroad in the field of the production of small metal turned parts in small and medium series.

With an area of more than 3,000 sqm, the company is located in the province of Brescia (Lombardy),the strategic cluster of the Italian turnery industry. The company Gabrieli srl is known, both in Italy and abroad, for its reliability, professionalism and the high quality of the products.

The automatic turnery Gabrieli srl was founded in the early fifties. The company has been operating in this business for three generations; a factor that guarantees continuity, experience, passion and the highest quality of the final product. Today the com-pany is composed of a high-skilled and extremely ef-ficient staff.

PRODUCTS AND PROCESSESAutomatic turnery Gabrieli srl is a quality driven company specialized in the production of precision parts with a diameter of 6 to 72mm as per client’s drawing. Thanks to modern machinery and the use of advanced technologies, the company can offer the best in terms of quality, delivery times and costs.

All production processes are carried out in our premi-se in Italy, after a careful evaluation of the customer's specifications and the mechanical characteristics of the product.

RAW MATERIALSAll the raw materials processed by automatic tur-nery Gabrieli srl are selected among the best Ita-lian and European suppliers. They are continuously monitored to ensure a final product according to the highest quality and precision standards.

METROLOGY ROOM

The company invests continuously in machines and technological innovations, in the training of person-nel and in the improvement of customer service.

Particular attention is paid to quality controls.

The automatic turnery Gabrieli srl is an ISO 9001:2015 certified company.All documentation is visible at the express request of the customer.Additonal quality and measurement controls, can be implemented on specific request,with the possibility of written test certificates.

The in-house Metrology Room of Automatic Turnery Gabrieli srl and Mega snc, has been created by the sector leader Mitec.Featuring a precision air conditioning system capable of maintaining the air temperature at settings with a tolerance of +/- 1 ° C, the Metrology Room meets the ISO-14644-1 Classification of Air Cleanliness requirements, confirming the high focus on quality, allowing the most accurate checks even on particu-larly complex pieces. The Metrology Room is equip-ped with Microscopes, Optical Measuring Instru-ments, Coordinate-Measuring Machines (CMM) and Roughness Gauges, for the verification of the production batches ensuring compliance with the re-quired tolerances.

Moreover the metrology room features an ISO 8 Cle-an Room, a controlled environment with respect to temperature, humidity and dust, which meets the re-quirements of the ISO-14644-1 standard.

MEGA SNC precision machining is the engineering company of the Gabrieli Group.The company is specialized in subcontract precision machining on work centers and transfer machi-nes.The machining workpieces vary from standard and special profiles to semi-finished turned, molded, cast and forged parts.

The company MEGA SNC was founded with the aim of expanding the service range of the Automatic Tur-nery Gabrieli srl. For decades it has counted on solid presence on the national and international market and in the early nineties it was established as an in-dependent company.MEGA SNC, as well as automatic turnery Gabrieli Srl, have gained the full confidence of partners and clients thanks to high expertise, many years of expe-rience, quallity, extreme efficiency, cost-effectiveness and optimal delivery times.

The company MEGA SNC specializes in the mecha-nical precision machining of workpieces, such as standard and special profiles, turned, molded, cast and forged parts. The machining processes are carri-ed out on innovative vertical machining centers and advanced transfer machines. MEGA SNC performs machining operations such as drilling, threading, cnc milling, tapping, on different metals like brass, steel, bronze, copper, aluminium and its alloys.

The application areas of our machining services are diverse and numerous:
