• BMW Manufacturing increasingly requires a higher technical knowledge from our incoming associates.

• BMW Manufacturing and SC needs to promote a manufacturing career path with students and parents. Currently, only about 3% of students in SC select manufacturing as a career path.

• BMW tradition with apprentice and student programs.

• Strengthen BMW relationship with SC Technical Schools.

Requirements: • Full-time student entering first or second semester of

approved degree study. • Minimum 2.8 GPA• Successful completion of BMW Assessment testing• Committed to work up to 20 hours/week at BMW• Participation in BMW training• Strong written & verbal communication skills• Ability to work in a team environment• Time management & organizational skills• MS Office experience• Committed to attend classes fall, spring, and summer

semesters for 1.5 – 2 years.
