PV PLANT INVESTMENTS & PPA
BISOL is intensively investing into own PV plants – 12 M€ only in 2010.
The investments are predominantly done through long-term roof rental agreements.
In 2010 more than 20 of them are on public buildings and schools – rentals are often paid by roof renovation.
Financially, business model undergoes creation of SPVs.
First in 2008, employees were awarded a Christmas bonus in form of a PV plant. Making similar investments every year would double employees pension budgets.
OUR LONG-TERM TARGET IS TO BECOME ELECTRICITY PROVIDER WITH APPRECIABLE RENEWABLE MIX – SOLAR POWER PURCHASE AGREEMENTS!
