the reception staff.
‘Appt line only’
Consider ‘massage and chiropractor’
‘Dr Khalique is very good’, ‘reception staff are lovely’ AF patient

‘would like an answer phone and return call’
‘need more receptionists like (JO), very nice and helpful’
‘at present the telephones can be very busy and it can be difficult to get a reply’
‘generally we find the service from everyone at Bilborough very good and helpful under sometimes very difficult circumstances’
