La majorité des demandes d'information des usagers des bibliothèques publiques pourrait être satisfaite en utilisant les ressources d’Internet, accessibles librement à chacun. Seuls des rudiments d’informatique sont nécessaires / Vast majority of information requests of public library users could be solved using free Internet sources open for everybody; only basic computer literacy is required.
