SpanTrack is UNEX’s innovative carton flowsolution that drops into existing structures tocreate a robust flow system for any operation. Our full-width roller lanes and universal wheelbeds are engineered-to-order to create theultimate order picking environment.

BenefitsVersatilitySpanTrack can be added to any new or existing palletrack. No shelves or intermediate support required.

Superior FlexibilitySpanTrack provides the flexibility to store productswith a wide variation in size and weight.

High Capacity, DurabilitySpanTrack takes the abuse of active warehouses andassembly plants.

Unrivaled FlowSpanTrack provides maximum carton support and upto 300% more product contact than plastic wheel rails, resulting in better flow, fewer hang-ups andincreased throughput.

Typical ConfigurationsFull Case PickingLow Profile SpanTrack drops into existing palletrack, creating FIFO storage lanes that are idealfor full case picking.

Split Case PickingSpanTrack with adjustable pick trays presentsopen cases to order pickers so product can bepicked from the case without interference fromthe shelf level above.

Each Pick Options Selecting the Correct Track Width

Low Profile (S2)Nests between beams on hangersfor maximum use of verticalspace. Used for full case or eachpick. Perfect for racks with palletstorage above.

High Profile (S0)Rests on rack beams. Easilyadjusts for various contouringoptions. Can overhang structureto increase storage capacity.

Hangerless (S9)Adjustable length track sits on theledge of step beams in the frontand rear, keeping the face of thebeams clear.

High Profile Knuckle (Kx)Rests on rack beams.Overhangs structure up to 24"with 20˚angled front end forincreased efficiency in eachpick applications.

Low Profile Knuckle (KLx)12", 16", 20" and 24" long20˚ angled front end forincreased efficiency in each pickapplications within the rackstructure.

Pushback (S4)Notched track sits on topof step beams, with stops onfront and rear, making it idealfor applications where productis loaded and picked fromthe front.

SpanTrack Lane is available in 6 differentwidths at varying capacities. Product width willbe the primary factor in determining lane width.Product can overhang the lane, up to 3" oneither side and maintain flow.

SpanTrack Bed Widths are determined by thebest track combination that fits within the widthof the racking. Example: for a 96" wide bay, youcan use (4) 18" wide beds & (2) 12" wide beds. This will create a 96" wide level of carton flow.
