• U.S. Citizen• Legal resident of CO• 2.5 or higher GPA• Meet Pell Grant income requirements• Plans to attend an accredited

college/university in CO• 2014 graduating class

• Essay– 400-word essay about character building

• Recommendations– Two, no more than three, letters of recommendation

• Leadership– Awards, honors and/or positions held

• Community Involvement– Volunteer activities
