PRINCE2For PRINCE2, the Principal Toolbox provides extensive support. For example, the software contains all standard PRINCE2 templates. You can also apply the Principal Toolbox to create product-oriented plans, define clear project stages and make a product breakdown. In addition, all PRINCE2 logs are available for the recording of issues, risks, actions and changes. PRINCE2 contains many administrative tasks; the Principal Toolbox lets you flexibly decide how your project looks like and to what extent you apply the guidelines of PRINCE2.

AgilePMIn an Agile project approach, time, cost and the intended quality are predetermined and fixed; the only variable left is scope.
