Terms and conditions:

Payment Policies:

1. 50 % Payment should be given upon signing of the contract30 % Payment should be given at least 1 week before the function20 % Full payment of balance upon service completion

2. Cancellation Policies: If the client wishes to cancel the reservation it must be done 30 days before the

event with no charge. However if the client cancels the reservation 15 days before the event a 10 %

charge will be deducted to their deposit.3. Service/Policies:

For this event caterer agrees to provide the following such as food, decoration of tables & chairs (buffet table)

Option of bringing foods other than those prepared by the caterer should be charge with additional service fee of 5 %

If the no. of pax exceeded the minimum guarantee there will be additional charge per head depends on the package selected

The client responsible for paying additional charges if the venue beyond the agreed duration exceeded

Other what is inclusion in this policy is not included in the package sole responsibility of the client.

4. Food and Beverage Policies: Bar place will be provided where alcoholic beverages & cocktails can be

consumed however it is not included to the chosen package & additional charges will be charged for every alcoholic beverage & cocktails consumed.

Alcoholic beverages will not serve to minors below 18 yrs old5. Head count Policies:

The caterer should be informed for the final headcount 2 weeks before the event through phone or email

6. Leftovers foods: Leftovers food can be bought home however, caterer should not be responsible

for any unintended occurrence due to consumptions of the leftover foods.

7. Security Policies: Valuable must be the sole responsibility of the guests management will not be

liable for any losses.

Breakages or loses will be charged to the contracting party or organizers unless due to catering staff.

8. Gratitude Policies: Tips are not required though their welcome to do so
