founded in 1981 by Niels Bendtsen. Along

with his staff, Bendtsen designs and oversees

production of an extensive line of furnishings.

The name Edward is a reference to American mid century

designer Edward Wormley whose designs have remained

highly influential. Edward is a contemporary reinterpretation

of the mid century archetype established by Wormley.
