Choose the package that best suits your businessWhatever your budget and business needs, we’ve got a package to suit you. Choose from Hub, Reward or Flex.

Every package comes with a company-branded website for your employees to use. The content and functionality it includes is what varies, depending on which package you choose.

Boost your package with an Add-onYou can boost any of the packages above by choosing one or more of our Add-ons. They include a range of over 7,000 discounts and offers, online payslips, and holiday and absence tracking, which allows your staff to request time off online. Please see page 10 for more details.

As your needs change, so can Work:Life BenefitsYour requirements may change over time, so we’ve designed Work:Life Benefits to be as flexible as possible. Unlike with some platforms, you can upgrade your package at any time, including bolting on any of the Add-ons we offer.

FlexOur most comprehensive package, Flex allows your employees to make and manage their benefit choices directly through the website. Ideal for employers where the employee can choose which benefits they want.

HubOur basic package, Hub enables your employees to access details of all the benefits you provide through your Work:Life Benefits website. Ideal for employers making their first step into online employee benefits.

RewardEverything you get with Hub, plus online total reward statements, enhanced benefit information and more. Ideal for employers who fund benefits for employees, but where the employee has limited ability to make selections.

HubWith our basic Hub package, your employees can find details of all the benefits you provide in one place, making them more convenient and accessible.

All your benefits on a single pageIf employees don’t know where to find details of the benefits you provide, they won’t use or appreciate them. That’s why our Hub package is so useful, as it enables you to give basic information about all the benefits you offer on a single page.

Increase appreciation of your pension schemeYour employees will see the latest value of their pension plan whenever they log in to your Work:Life Benefits website. They can also manage their pension online through our Pension Tracker application – and a built-in contributions calculator shows them the impact of increasing their pension contributions.

Additional benefits at no extra costWhen we’re setting up your website you can choose a number of additional ‘off the shelf’ benefits from one of our partners. The selection of benefits available is subject to change, but typical examples include bikes to work and home computing schemes..

Get word around with the messaging carouselThe carousel sits on the homepage of your Work:Life Benefits website, and allows you to display up to three personalised messages for them to see. With the Hub package, you’ll choose a selection of messages to use when we’re setting up your website.

Convenient and accessibleOne of the biggest benefits of having an employee benefits platform is the convenience it affords your workforce. With Work:Life Benefits, your employees can register themselves and access the website 24/7, via computer, tablet or mobile.

Plus a range of perks and discountsIn addition to all of this, your employees will also get access to Aviva Advantages – money-saving offers on Aviva insurance products, and from a broad range of retail partners, too.

Show the value of your benefits offeringWith the Reward package and above, your employees can see a personalised ‘total reward statement’, showing the monetary value of all the benefits they receive. These statements can work wonders – reminding employees exactly what you’re investing in them.

Enhanced benefit informationWith this package you get a page for every benefit you offer – with the ability to house supporting documents, such as flyers or terms and conditions. The more information you provide online, the fewer enquiries your HR people should have to deal with.

Learn what your employees are thinkingWith a built in staff survey tool you can create and send out online surveys, quickly and simply. You can send surveys to all employees or specific groups, so it’s easy to find out what’s on their minds.

Edit content and engage your staffA content management tool enables you to edit text and images throughout the website – helping you engage your workforce more effectively. This includes the ability to edit the messaging carousel on your website’s homepage. Please note: some restrictions apply to what content you can edit.

Make admin easierWith the Reward package and above, we can provide administrative support for a small additional fee, subject to your requirements. There’s ‘Data service’, where we process your employees’ benefit changes, and ‘Fully managed service’, where we’ll also handle any queries your employees have.

Plus a FREE website launch dayWhen your Work:Life Benefits website is ready to go, one of our employee engagement managers will run a special launch day for you. A great way to encourage employees to make the most of your new site.

FlexWith our most comprehensive package, employees can make benefit choices directly through your Work:Life Benefits website. Making their life easier and reducing your administrative burden.

Features over and above Reward include:

Allows employees to select benefits onlineWith Flex, employees can make flexible and salary exchange benefit choices directly though your Work:Life Benefits website – in just four clicks. A ‘net pay calculator’ shows the effect on their take-home pay of any benefit changes they’re planning.

Reduce your admin time and costsAs a result of allowing your employees to make their benefit choices through the website, your administrative burden could reduce significantly – potentially saving you time and money.

‘Anytime’ benefit selection supportedIn the past, employees could often only make flexible benefit choices during a single window during the year. But with Flex, your staff can choose benefits at any time of the year (if you wish). You can also allow them to make changes following a ‘life event’ – for instance, if they get married or have a child.

National minimum wage checkerWhen an employee makes a benefit selection, Work:Life Benefits won’t allow them to end up earning less than the minimum wage as a result of their benefit choices.

Tracking performance is easyOur Flex package gives you access to detailed measurement information. In a matter of moments you can create graphical reports on everything from the national insurance savings you’ve made to uptake of the benefits you offer.

Send targeted emailsFlex includes a bulk email system, which allows you to send out targeted emails to particular employees, based on the data your platform holds. For example, you could remind staff who haven’t chosen any benefits that the deadline for choosing them is approaching.
