is for you too!

Scripture speaks of a secret place where we can simply go, be alone, be protected, pray, and hear from Yahuahshua. Knowing there is such a place is a

matter of faith. Going back time and again, that's a matter of building a relationship. You need not have an advanced degree in any subject, need not

have memorized Scripture from beginning to end, but instead be aware the Yâ-huwah of Y’sra’al has a place for each Jew and Gentile who will open their

minds and hearts to Him.

Mt 6:5-8

When you pray, you shall not be as the role-fakers, for they love to stand and pray in the synagogues and in the corners of the streets, that they may be seen

by men. Most certainly, I tell you, they have received their reward. But you, when you pray, enter into your inner chamber, and having shut your door, pray

to your Father Who is in secret, and your Father Who sees in secret shall reward you openly. In praying, don’t use vain repetitions, as the Gentiles do; for they think that they shall be heard for their much speaking. Therefore don’t be

like them, don't you see that your Father knows what things you need before you ask Him.

The truth in reality is visited in this secret place AND must be shared by those who will live or else ... they will perish ... in darkness.

It is written

Lu 11:33

“No one, when he has lit a Lamp, puts it in a cellar or under a basket, but on a stand, that those who come in may see the Light.

Tehillim. 119:105

Your Word is a Lamp to my feet, and a Light (aur) for my path.

Page 7: Being Counted among the Firstfruits of Yâ-hwuah through Yâhuwshúa

The lamp of the body is the eye. Therefore when your eye is good, your whole body is also full of Light; but when it is evil, your body also is full of darkness. Therefore see whether the light that is in you isn’t darkness. If therefore your whole body is full of Light, having no part dark, it shall be wholly full of Light,

as when the Lamp with its bright shining gives you Light.”

The menorah is the only symbol created by Yâhuwshúa`

With this in mind, heart soul and strength let us study together in the Ruwach

who see it from afar. The Secret Place, here, shines a bit of light so many can see from afar. The topics we have chosen are addressed to Jew and Gentile

together. We do this because that is what the Bible does. This opens the window to make more sense of what Scripture tells us!

In the secret place is plain language, something simple to read. This is a mere starting place for deeper consideration.

Definition of a pure one

Disclosure 14:12.

In this is the patient endurance of the pure ones: that is, those who observe the commandments of Yâ-hwuah and the persuasion of Yâhuwshúa`

PERSUASION is HIS RIGHTEOUSNESS

Tehillim 119:75

O Yâ-hwuah, I know that Your right-rulings are righteous, that in faithfulness You have afflicted me.

RIGHT RULINGS are HIS COMMANDMENTS

Yshá`Yâhuw 10:19

And the remnant of the trees of his forest shall be numbered, and a servant will write it down.

Righteous Trees,

My brothers: indeed the good pleasure of my own heart and supplication to Ya-hwuah on behalf of Y’Isra’al is for deliverance .For I bear witness of them that

they have zeal for Yâ-hwuah, though not about acknowledgment!

Howshë´`á 4: 6

My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge. Because you have rejected the knowledge, I will also reject you, from being priests for Me, since you have

ignored your Aluah's Torah, I will also ignore your children.

What knowledge

For they do not acknowledge Yâ-hwuah’s justification

Acknowledge Yâ-hwuah’s justification

Yshá`Yâhuw 53:11.

Page 9: Being Counted among the Firstfruits of Yâ-hwuah through Yâhuwshúa

Due to the toil of His [physical] life, He shall see it [Seed (v.10)], of Light He shall be completely filled! By the acknowledgment of Him, My Servant shall justify the righteous; for the Many Ones and their perversities, it is He Who

shall bear it.

Yâhuwshúa` is thy Deliverer

There is no other name that will save you

HIS RIGHTEOUSNESS WILL SAVE YOU

Through belief in Yâhuwshúa` the Deliverer

There is no Self Righteousness

and seeking to establish their own justification, they submitted not to the rectification of Ya-hwuah!

Yâhuwshúa accomplished what man could not, he kept the law of Ya-hwuah, He walked in righteousness,

Yshá`Yâhuw 66: 17

Since the Anointed is the accomplishment of the Law unto rectification for everyone that believes.

It is impossible for us to obtain a ‘righteousness of our own,’

For Moshéh thus writes of the justification which is from the Law:

“And keep ye My decrees and My laws, the Man Who shall perform them even He shall live by them, I am Ya-hwuah:”

That Man was Yâhuwshúa`HaMaschiyach

Romans 2:12.

For as many as sinned without the Law, without a law also shall perish. And as many as sinned within the Law, shall be judged through the Law;

Romans 2:13.

For it is not the ones who heed the Law who are just before Ya-hwuah, rather those fulfillers of the Law [10: 4] who shall be justified.

Page 10: Being Counted among the Firstfruits of Yâ-hwuah through Yâhuwshúa

Now if man is to become righteous from being unrighteous,—this can only happen by Yâ-hwuah’s grace,—because Yâ-

hwuah declares him righteous, assumes him to be righteous,

Phílipposiym20. 9.And to be found in Him, not having the righteousness of myself which is from the

Law, instead having that righteousness which is from trust of the Anointed, which is the rectification of Ya-hwuah [by the persuasion]of acknowledging

Yâhuwshúa` and the Force of His resurrection, and having the fellowship of His sufferings, even to be conformed to His death;

Has it shall be in that Day,

Rev_12:17 And the dragon was enraged with the woman, and he went to fight with the

remnant of her seed, those guarding the commands of Alaughym and possessing the witness of Yâhuwshúa`HaMaschiyach

Rectification by belief universally available

Yâ-hwuah’s Righteousness has author of the law, is above the law

Romans 3:21But now, Yâ-hwuah’s justification separately from the Law has been manifested,

which was testified to by the Law and the Predicators!

Romans 3:22.And Yâ-hwuah’s rectification through belief in Yâhuwshúa` the Deliverer is for

all, and onto all those that believe, for there is no distinction:

Romans 3:23.For all have sinned and come short of the honor of Ya-hwuah,

Romans 3:24.Yet they are rectified free of charge, by His favor, through the full ransoming,

which is by Yâhuwshúa` the Deliverer –

Our Righteous Passover Lamb, Justified

Romans 3:25.Whom the Mighty Ones placed above the lid of the box (ark) , for an evident

sign of His rectification through the belief in His blood, thereby Passing-Over the sins that had taken place beforehand,

His rectification through the belief in His blood

Romans 3:26.In the place that the Mighty Ones gave it to us by the self-restraint of Ya-hwuah towards an evident sign of His rectification in the present feast season for His being just, and towards justifying him that is from the belief of our Sovereign,

Yâhuwshúa` the Deliverer.

A temple to the living Ya-hwuah

Deuteronomy 30:11-For this Commandment which I command you this day, it is not too hard for

you, neither is it far off.

Contrary to what the corrupt shepherds taught us in order to keep us from the treasure Ya-hwuah had for us, the Torah is not impossible to keep, and it is not

deadly. Christianity, which says no one can keep it, is partially right; no individual can, but a whole people together can! Moshe has been saying in many ways, “You can do this! It isn’t too hard!” 1 Yochanan 5:3—in the

Renewed Covenant--agrees that "His commandments are not burdensome." Yâhuwshúa compared the "easy yoke" that he "lays upon us" with the heavy

burdens the P'rushim (Pharisees) were laying on people and not lifting a finger to help them with. (Matt. 11:29-30; 23:4ff) The commandments of men we cannot always keep up with. Their overextension of the Torah is where the

problem lies, not in the Torah itself. What is written in it (v. 10) is all we are responsible to obey. A yoke gives us control over a burden and distributes the weight both over the whole body so it will not be so difficult, and allows more than one beast to share the same burden, making it much lighter on both. His

yoke is meant to be shared by all Y’isra’al. A community can keep His commandments where individuals cannot. The more we practice it, the more it becomes what we want to do, not what we “have to do”. We should not say we

do not need to keep it since Yâhuwshúa already did; He made it even more possible for us to carry out. How did we get from a command about how soon

to offer a firstborn animal to “You may not eat cheeseburgers”? Religion complicates things, thereby straying further from its intent, whereas the Torah is meant to be understandable to everyone. Yes, there are deeper aspects to it, but the deeper we dig, the more it demands simplicity to be applicable everywhere.

If it is practicable only by an erudite few, we are missing the point. Not far away: It is even possible to keep our eyes on Yerushalayim from anywhere in the world with the web camera! Knowledge is much easier to acquire for ordinary

people than in ancient times.

Deuteronomy 30:12 It is not in heaven, that you should say, “Who shall go up for us to heaven, and

bring it to us, and make us to hear it, that we may do it?”

Sky: or, in heaven; it is not a mystery religion. There goes more Christian theology out the window. The Kingdom is here on this earth, and the commands

have to do with that.

Deuteronomy 30:13 Neither is it beyond the sea, that you should say, “Who shall go over the sea for

us, and bring it to us, and make us to hear it, that we may do it?”

Page 13: Being Counted among the Firstfruits of Yâ-hwuah through Yâhuwshúa

Even before we get into the Land, we can practice it, if we know how to listen. Exile is no excuse.

Deuteronomy 30:14 But the Word is very near to you, in your mouth, and in your heart, that you may

do it.

Was this not written specifically for us, who are returning from exile after having been told that we would never be able to do this? Torah is not

complicated, impractical, or unknowable. It is about the things that are right in front of you, the things you talk about, the things that are most important to you, not things foreign to us, except that we have estranged ourselves from it, so for it to be reintroduced, it has to be ground up like baby food—but applesauce is not the same as an apple! When our true neighbors—those of the same flock—are in close proximity, we can practice Torah. We just have to be in the right context. How can we obey the commands to restore a borrowed item we have

broken or what has gone astray from its owner, if he is nowhere near us to lose it or lend it to us? Right in your mouth: When you learn to speak Hebrew, the Torah becomes much less complicated. It is a straightforward language that

speaks in concrete, not abstract, terms. It is not meant to be spiritualized; that is what gave the church its inordinate power to keep knowledge from the rest of the people. In Hebrew, “spirit” (raukh) simply means “wind” or “breath”—

i.e., something that is very real, proven by its effect on other things, but is invisible—like love, hate, or commitment. Not imaginary—that is what

doctrines are; they must be taught as propaganda because they cannot be proven. We have this insatiable drive to see the spiritual. But to see something invisible, we have to paint it, and by doing so we color it, and thus redefine it, and thus what are studying is no longer what it originally was, just as we have

to kill an animal to dissect it, and at that point it is no longer animated.

Deuteronomy 30:15 Behold, I have set before you this day life and good, and death and evil

After all those curses, it should be a "no-brainer" which one to choose, yet still we chose death! Truth is stranger than fiction!

Deuteronomy 30:16 in that I command you this day to love Ya-hwuah your Aluahiym, to walk in His ways, and to keep His Commandments and His statutes and His ordinances, that you may live and multiply, and that YaHuWaH your Aluahiym may bless you in

the Land where you go in to possess it.

He tells us to guard every aspect of the Torah, so there is no room to wiggle out of any of them. It is the choosing (see v. 19) that allows us to have it written

Page 14: Being Counted among the Firstfruits of Yâ-hwuah through Yâhuwshúa

on our hearts. It is not our own personal lives we must choose (doing that is what got us into trouble), but the life of Y’Isra’al.

Deuteronomy 30:17 But if your heart turns away, and you will not hear, but shall be drawn away,

and worship other mighty ones, and serve them;

Note the progression in how our various members respond: If our heart turns off our hearing, our feet will be pulled away by an outside source. Idolatry is the main issue, because Ya-hwuah wants relationship with us more than any of the details, though they all add to it and there is no contradiction. But the big issue is that we are with Him wholeheartedly. He desires obedience more than offerings. (1 Shmu’el 15:22) If we "guard" His ways, we preserve our ability to

hear and live as our true selves, fulfilling the calling for which we were carefully and specifically designed. But trying to keep the Torah for its own

sake, rather than for Yâ-hwuah’s and Y’Isra’al (not one or the other), can make it our Aluahiym. We do not serve the words or the doing, but the purpose. Even

if we kept every detail to the letter, if it is for selfish reasons—like personal salvation—our righteousness will not surpass that of the P’rushim Yâhuwshúa criticized. Make no mistake; the Torah is the key to our return. But it is a tool,

a means to the end, not the end in itself.

Deuteronomy 30:18 I declare to you this day, that you shall surely perish; you shall not prolong your

days in the Land, where you pass over the Yarden to go in to possess it.

Does it mean that this time, if we turn away from habitual obedience, we will perish altogether, and that there will not be another “doubling of the sentence”

(YirmeYahuw 16:18) or “seven times” (Lev. 26:18)? This should deter us indeed, but still, the Northern Kingdom did completely perish at one time, and yet Ya-hwuah has restored it. True repentance is always a “game change”.

Deuteronomy 30:19 I call heaven and earth to witness against you this day, that I have set before you life and death, the blessing and the curse: therefore choose life, that you

may live, you and your seed;

This calling of the most potent witnesses available is a common aspect of a covenant-cutting ceremony. Survive: not just for its own sake, but for a

purpose:

Page 15: Being Counted among the Firstfruits of Yâ-hwuah through Yâhuwshúa

Deuteronomy 30:20 to love Ya-hwuah your Aluahiym, to obey His Voice, and to cleave to Him; for

He is your life, and the length of your days; that you may dwell in the Land which Ya-hwuah swore to your fathers, to Abraham, to Yitshaq, and to Ya'aqob,

to give them.

This defines what life is and what love is and is not. Hold tightly: the term used of a man "cleaving" to his wife (Gen. 2:24), for Y’Isra’al is Yâ-hwuah’s

bride. Those who do return and have all the curses that were on our ancestors removed will rebuild the ancient places that were ruined! (Yeshayahu 61:1-10)

He is your life: It is not His provisions per se, but Ya-hwuah Himself that sustains us (8:3), and we live only because He chooses to remember us. How

can those to whom He says, "I never knew you", continue to exist? If Ya-hwuah expels someone from His memory, where can he be? It would be as if he had

never existed. Life is not a qualitative thing that one can measure; we can only see evidence that it is present or departed. It can also mean being revived, for

we have another occasion to not only rejoin the commonwealth of Y’Isra’al from which we cut ourselves off. Length of your days: Many of Torah’s commands simply help us to avoid an early death through wisely staying out of the way of

trouble.

that is, the Word of the persuasion which we proclaim:

Because if you profess with your mouth “Yâhuwshúa` is Ya-hwuah”, and believe in your heart that the Mighty One raised Him from among the dead, you shall be

delivered.

10.For with the heart is believing for justification; but with the mouth, testimony is

professed for deliverance .

11.For the scripture says,

“… [and you will acknowledge that since I am Ya-hwuah,] those waiting in hope for Me shall not be disappointed.”

Yshá`Yâhuw 49: 23

Ya-hwuah has the same name for everyone to call: Ya-hwuah Yâhuwshúa`

(Deeds of the Delegates 2: 21, 36-38)

Page 16: Being Counted among the Firstfruits of Yâ-hwuah through Yâhuwshúa

12. For about this, there is not a difference between a Yâhuwthíy or a Greek, for

the same Yâ-hwuah , the Sovereign of all of them, is Yâhuwshúa (riches, deliverance) for all of those who invoke Him,

13.Since:

“[And it shall be,] everyone who shall have called on the name of Ya-hwuah, he shall be rescued! [For on the Mountain of Tsiyyówn and in Yruwshâláim shall

the escaped remnant be; just as Ya-hwuah said, even among the survivors whom Ya-hwuah is calling.

” [Yahuw’al 2: 32]

The very endurance of the set-apart ones, Is in guarding the commands of Yâ-hwuah and the belief of Yâhuwshúa.

Circumcision is nothing, and uncircumcision is nothing, but the keeping of theCommandments of Yâ-hwuah .

Deeds 2:21And it shall come to pass,[that] whosoever shall call on the Name of Yâ-hwuah

shall be saved.

Deeds 15:1And certain anashim which came down from Yahuwdah taught the brethren,

[andsaid], "Except ye be Brit Milah after the manner of Mosheh, ye cannot be saved."

Certain men These Men often called “Judaizes” came down from Judea andtaught the brethren, „Unless you are circumcised according to the custom of

Moshe, you cannot be saved.”

Deeds13:4So they, being sent forth by Raukh HaQodesh, departed unto Seleucia; and from thence they sailed to Kuprios. And when they were at Salamis, they proclaimed

Dvar Aluahiym in the Shul of the Yahuwdim: and they had also Yochanan Markos to [their] minister. And when they had gone through the isle unto

Paphos,

“Paphos was infamous for its worship of Venus, the Goddess of [sexual] love”(Barclay).Deeds 13:5

And when they were at Salamis, they proclaimed Dvar (word) Aluahiym in the Shul of the Yahuwdim: and they had also Yochanan Markos to [their] minister.

While ministering in the city (presumably after the same fashion - going into the

Page 17: Being Counted among the Firstfruits of Yâ-hwuah through Yâhuwshúa

synagogues and presenting Yâhuwshúa ), the representative of the Roman government (the proconsul) sought to hear the word of Yâ-hwuah All Roman provinces were divided into two classes, those that required troops and those

that did not. The latter were administered by the Senate and ruled by proconsuls; the former were under the administration of the emperor.”

Deeds 13:6And when they had gone through the isle unto Paphos, they found a certain sorcerer, a false prophet, a Yehudite, whose name [was] Bar Yâhuwshúa :

A jew named Bar Yâhuwshúa

It was common for people in that day to have names that were similar, yet different according to the language or culture they were in. Certainly, Saul’s

given name was Saul, a Jewish name after the first king of Y'Isra'al.

Elymas the sorcerer (for so his name is translated):

Paul is opposed by a man named Elymas. His real name was Bar-Yâhuwshúa , which means “son of Yâhuwshúa ,” This Elymas attempts to frustrate the

missionary efforts of Saul and Barnabas with the local Roman leader.

We should not be surprised or shaken by opposition.“Wherever there is likely to be great success, the open door and the opposing adversaries will both be

found. If there are no adversaries, you may fear that there will be no success. A boy cannot get his kite up without wind, nor without a wind which drives against

his kite.”

Today we seem the false religions of the world claiming the robe of the anointed, great pretenders who stand upon sandy ground

Deeds 13:7Which was with the deputy of the country, Sergios Paulos, a prudent man; who

Called for Bar-Nabba and Sha'ul, and desired to hear Dvar Aluahiym

Deeds 13:8But Elymas the sorcerer (for so is his name by interpretation) withstood them,

Seeking to turn away the deputy from the faith. Then Sha'ul, (who also [is called]Paulos,) filled with Raukh HaQodesh, set his eyes on him, And said, O

full of all subtilty and all mischief, [thou] child of the devil, [thou] enemy of all righteousness, wilt thou not cease to pervert the right ways of Yâ-hwuah And now, behold, the hand of Yâ-hwuah [is] upon thee, and thou shalt be blind,

not seeing the sun for a season. And immediately there fell on him a mist and adarkness; and he went about seeking some to lead him by the hand.

Page 18: Being Counted among the Firstfruits of Yâ-hwuah through Yâhuwshúa

Paul, using spiritual discernment and operating in the gift of faith, rebukes andPronounces the judgment of Yâ-hwuah upon Elymas (you shall be blind). As

Elymas is struck with blindness, we can’t help but think Paul would remember his own experience with Yâ-hwuah. Paul was struck blind at his conversion on

the road to Damascus

Deeds 9:9.And he was three days without sight, and neither did eat nor drink.

Certainly, those who are resisting Yâ-hwuah are blind spiritually, so Yâ-hwuah is just giving Elymas a physical blindness corresponding to his spiritual

blindness. However, we never hear of Elymas repenting, as Paul did.

Deeds 13:12Then the deputy, when he saw what was done, believed, being astonished at the

teaching of Yâ-hwuah

Look to the teaching of Ya-hwuah

The severest words of the Scriptures, Old and Renewed Covenants are reserved for those who stand between men and truth, for those who stand between men and Yâ-hwuah. . It must be the heart that loves Sergius Paulus that speaks in

anger to Elymas the sorcerer.”

Paul message then is the same has today :

Deeds 13:39And by Him all that believe are justified from all things, from which ye could not

be justified by ha Torah Mosheh.

Therefore let it be known to you, brethren, that through this Man is preached to you the forgiveness of sins; and by Him everyone who believes is justified from all things from which you could not be justified by the law of Moshe. Beware therefore, lest what has been spoken in the prophets come upon you: ‘Behold,

you despisers, Marvel and perish! For I work a work in your days, a work which you will by no means believe, though one were to declare it to you.’

the answer is found in

Ephesios 2:10For we are His workmanship, created in HaMâshíyach, Yâhuwshúa unto good works, which Aluahiym) hath before ordained that we should halakha (walk) in them. To become the workmanship of HaMâshíyach, Yâhuwshúa , the father

must send us, for its the righteousness of Yâ-hwuah (that writes the word upon our hearts, through the Raukh HaQodesh

HIS RIGHTEOUSNESSBehold, the days come, saith the Master, when I will make a renewed Brit with the beit Y’Isra’al and with the beit Yahuwdah: Not according to the Brit that I

made with their fathers in the day when I took them by the hand to lead them out of the land of Mitzrayim; because they continued not in My Brit, and I regarded

them not, saith the Master. For this [is] the Brit that I will make with the beit Y’Isra’al after those days, saith the Master; I will put My Torah into their mind, and write them in their hearts: and I will be to them a Aluahiym, and they shall

be to Me a people:

HIS RIGHTEOUSNESS Yâ-hwuah saves us not merely to save us from the wrath we rightly deserve,

but also to make something beautiful of us. We are His workmanship, which

Translates the ancient Greek word poiema.

The idea is that we are His beautifulpoem.

The Yerushalayim Scriptures translates workmanship as

“work of art.”

Yâ-hwuah’s love is a transforming love.

It meets us right where we are at, but when we receive this love it always takes us where we should be going. The love of Yâ-hwuah that saves my soul will alsochange my life. We are His workmanship, His creation something new He has

made of us in Yâhuwshúa HaMâshíyach

“The spiritual life cannot come to us by development from our old nature. I haveheard a great deal about evolution and development, but I am afraid that if any one of us were to be developed to our utmost, apart from the grace of Yâ-hwuah

, we should come out worse than before the development began.”

“Our new life is as truly created out of nothing as were the first heavens, and the first earth. This ought to be particularly noticed, for there are some who

think that the grace of Ya-hwuah improves the old nature into the new. It does nothing of the sort.”

Ephesios 2:7That in the ages to come he might shew the exceeding riches of His chesed in

[his] kindness toward us through HaMâshíyach, Yâhuwshúa

In this end of age, Yâ-hwuah continues to show the exceeding riches of His

Page 20: Being Counted among the Firstfruits of Yâ-hwuah through Yâhuwshúa

grace to us. Yâ-hwuah will never stop dealing with us on the basis of grace, and will forever continue to unfold its riches to us through eternity. He might

show:“ The original implies, that the exhibition is for His own purpose, for his own glory.”

This work in us reflects infinitely more on the glory of Yâ-hwuah than on ourOwn glory, and Yâ-hwuah will use His work in the Assembly to display His

glory throughout the ages.

“From this verse it is clear that Paul fully expected the gospel of the grace of Yâ-hwuah to be preached in the ages to come. He had no notion of a temporary gospel to develop into a better, but he was assured that the same gospel would be preached to the end of the dispensation. Nor this alone; for as I take it, he looked to the perpetuity of the gospel, not only through the ages which have already elapsed since the first advent of our Father, but throughout the ages

after he shall have come a second time.

Eternity itself will not improve upon the gospel.”(Spurgeon)

“When all the saints shall be gathered home they shall still talk and speak of theWonders of Yâ-hwuah’s love in Yâhuwshúa HaMâshíyach, and in the golden

streets they shall stand up and tell what the Yâhuwshúa HaMâshíyach has done for them to listening crowds of Messengers, and principalities, and powers.”

The riches of His grace:“So is it with the grace of Yâ-hwuah he has as much grace as you want, and he

has a great deal more than that. Yâ-hwuah outright has as much grace as a whole universe will require, but he has vastly more. all the demands that can ever be made on the grace of’ Yâ-hwuah will never impoverish him, or even

diminish his store of mercy; there will remain an incalculably precious mine of mercy as fall as when he first began to bless the sons of men.”

One way to see the greatness of the grace of Yâ-hwuah is to see how Hebegs man to receive it. When we offer a gift to someone and they refuse it, we are likely to allow them to refuse and leave them alone. Ya-hwuah does not dothis with us; even when we refuse His mercy He reaches into His storehouse of

grace and persists with us, begging us to receive the free gift.

Ephesios 2:8For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves?

[it is] the gift of Aluahiym

Paul cannot speak of this glorious work Yâ-hwuah does without reminding

Page 21: Being Counted among the Firstfruits of Yâ-hwuah through Yâhuwshúa

us that it is a gift of grace, given to the undeserving. We are not even saved by our faith (though faith itself is not a work), but by grace through faith .We can think of water flowing through a hose. The water is the important part, but it is

Communicated through the hose. The hose does not quench your thirst; the water does. But the hose brings water to the place you can benefit from it. The precise form of words here stresses two things. As consistently emphasized by Paul, it is entirely of His grace, His free, undeserved favour to mankind. Then

also this salvation is presented as an accomplished fact.”Ephesios 2:9

Not of works, lest any man should boast.

The work of salvation is Yâ-hwuah’s gift.Paul’s grammar here indicates that the words

apply to the gift of salvation mentioned in

Ephesians 2:4-8,and not directly to the faith mentioned in this verse.

Clarke emphatically states that the original Greek is clear in noting that when it says it is the gift of Yâ-hwuah, the it referred to is salvation, not faith. The great

Greek scholar Dean Alford also clearly pointed out that the this not of yourselves referred to salvation, not to faith in this passage. Yet, even our faith

is a gift of Yâ-hwuah . We cannot believe in Yâhuwshúa unless Yâ-hwuah does a prior work in us, for we are blinded by our own deadness and by the God of this

age

2 Corinthians 4:4In whom the Yâ-hwuah of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious good news of Meshíyach, who is the

image of Aluahiym should shine unto them.

“But it may be asked:

Is not faith the gift of Yâ-hwuah? Through Yâhuwshúa

Yes, as to the grace by which it is produced; but the grace or power to believe, and the act of believing, are two different things. Without the grace or power to believe no man ever did or can believe; but with that power the act of faith is a man's own Yâ-hwuah. never believes for any man, no more than he repents for

him; the penitent, through this grace enabling him, believes for himself.” (Clarke)

This shows us the essential place of prayer in evangelism. Since Yâ-hwuah initiates salvation, we should begin our evangelism with asking Yâ-hwuah todo the initiating, and granting the ability to believe to those we want to see saved. Yâ-hwuah did it not of works simply so that no one could boast. If

Page 22: Being Counted among the Firstfruits of Yâ-hwuah through Yâhuwshúa

salvation was the accomplishment of man in any way, we could boast about it. But under Yâ-hwuah’s plan of salvation, Yâ-hwuah alone receives the glory.“I thought Napoleon did a good thing, when, on the day of his coronation, he took his crown, and put it on his own head. Why should he not take the symbol that was his due? And if you get to heaven, one half by grace and one half by

works, you will say,

‘Atonement profited me a little, but integrity profited me much more.’”(

For we are His workmanship Yâ-hwuah saves us not merely to save us from the wrath we rightly deserve,

but also to make something beautiful of us.

We are His workmanship,His creation

something new He has made of us in

Yâhuwshúa HaMâshíyach.

“The spiritual life cannot come to us by development from our oldnature. I have heard a great deal about evolution and development, but I am

afraid that if any one of us were to be developed to our utmost, apart from the grace o Yâ-hwuah, we should come out worse than before the development

began.”

“Our new life is as truly created out of nothing as were the first heavens, and the first earth. This ought to be particularly noticed, for there are some who

think that the grace of Yâ-hwuah improves the old nature into the new. It does nothing of the sort.

”That beautiful thing Yâ-hwuah is making of us is active in good works. Theseare just as much a part of Yâ-hwuah’s predestined plan as anything else is. These good works are valid evidence that someone is walking as one of Yâ-

hwuah’s chosen.

Finally

‘Acknowledge Ya-hwuah!’Because all of them, from their least even unto their greatest shall acknowledge Me; „declares Ya-hwuah, “Thus shall I pardon their wickedness, and I shall not

remember their sin anymore.” By Him saying“…new…” He has made the former one “old”. Now that one, which grows old and aged, is near

disappearing.
