Introduction
Insomnia is a problem that is faced by many people of different ages across the continents. Many people suffer from sleep deprivation for a variety of different reasons. One of those reasons is paranoia of being attacked by creepy crawlies – or even a Grizzly bear! This paranoia can prevent individuals from sleeping peacefully at night (or even falling asleep at all) causing a deprivation of sleep. Our team INGENIOUS has been searching for ways to combat this problem. We have come up with many possible solutions which we have categorized in the following ways:
