◆Change of CAR-T cell subsets in vivo

For the first 3-5 days after CAR-T infusion, most CAR-T cells are CD4+, then CAR-T cells change to CD8+ T cells implying that CD8+ CAR-T cells eradicate myeloma cells rapidly.
