Tyrecho Bonaby Good Day, My Name Is Tyrecho Bonaby. I am a 20-year-old, sophomore at the University of the Bahamas, studying Secondary Education: History and Geography. I’m from Crooked Island and graduated Valedictorian from Crooked Island High in 2015. I am also a Fashion Blogger and Activist, where I bring forth issues faced by minority groups, for example the reviewing of the University of the Bahamas policy when it relates to discrimination, fighting the stigma faced by minority groups, and bringing an awareness to Mental Health. I’ve also worked on many community service projects because I believe in community building and lending a helping hand to those that need it. I’ve repaired parks, cleaned up beaches, packaged food supplies and tutored students just to name a few. I hold numerous leadership positions and I am involved in many student organizations such as: Residential Hall Association – Presidential Advisor S.A.S.H.
