Employees are re0uired to comply with the Employer7sBisciplinary /ode and =rocedure and Crievance=rocedure' as well as all other rules' policies andprocedures that may be introduced from time to time./opies of these documents are available on re0uest.

TERMINATION 2otwithstanding anything to the contrary and sub%ectto the provisions of the Aabour +elations 3ct of !66*'this contract may be terminated

(a)@ithout notice' on e;piry of the ;ed term of employment$ or

(b)=rior to the e;piry of the temporary purpose forwhich the employee has been employed is dueto come to and end' by either party giving theother written notice period of one (!) wee&during the rst si; months of employment' two

(") wee&s after the rst si; months of employment but less that one year' and four ( )wee&s thereafter$

(c) 5ub%ect to the above notice periods' by theEmployer' in the event of the Employee7sincapacity or due to operational re0uirements$or

(d)5ummarily' if the Employee is found guilty of a








serious disciplinary trangression$ or(e)@ith or without notice for any other reason

recognised by law as suDcient.
