    statement that he (the watcher)possesses all the qualifications andnone of the disqualifications as awatcher.

    2. Not to speak to any member of theBET, or to any voter, or amongthemselves, in such a manner that willdisturb the proceedings of the BET.

    3. They must stay only to the spacereserved for them. The watcher may not

    The ERs for the barangay elections shallbe accomplished in four (4) copies:

    Original, to the Chairman of the BBOC;

    Second copy, to the EO;

    Third copy, to be deposited inside the

    ballot ox; andFourth copy, to the Secretary of theSangguniang Barangay.

    each candidate shall be closed with thesignatures and the clear imprints of theright thumb of all the members of the BET

    After the counting of votesand announcement of theresults of the election in theprecinct the candidates ortheir watchers may request

    acknowledge receipt thereof

    The BET refuses to furnish aCertificate of Votes shall constitute

    on election offense.

    It shall constitute an electionoffense.
