Historic grandeur

With architecturally designed features rarely seen in the modern era, the Bangalow A&I Hall is a grand dame. Pressed tin ceilings and walls, muted colours on the leadlight windows, this Hall evokes the senses and distant

memories of a bygone era.

Sitting proudly at the top of the Bangalow Showgrounds, yet within the bustling Bangalow village the Bangalow A&I Hall is a spectacular space for

your next soiree.

Whilst the Hall can host large numbers of guests the hall also allows for intimate spaces to be created as part of your event.

Very often a concert venue of choice due to its excellent acoustics, the Hall has seen many music and cultural festivals, large scale and intimate

theatre, cabaret, dance and lifestyle-shows plus the hall is an amazing wedding venue.

The pressed metal ceilings and architectural features make a fabulous photographic backdrop.

COMMERCIAL KITCHENThe large commercial kitchen has an abundance of bench space, two moveable stainless steel preparation benches, two closable serving windows, two door glass front fridge, five burner gas cooktop with electric oven, microwave, urn, deep double sinks, excellent lighting, extractor fans and separate hand washing facilities.

CAPACITYThe hall is able to comfortably seat around 180 guests for a reception in the downstairs section alone and larger numbers are possible for a less formal setting. For conferences the hall can accommodate approximately 320 people as a seated audience in the main hall.

STAGE & EQUIPMENTThe dedicated backstage area has a purpose built area for performers and equipment. There is a performers’ change room complete with toilets and showers, a makeup table with large mirror and lighting as well as a full-length mirror.

Equipment comes into the Hall via the sealed access driveway to the backstage area. The Hall has a truck loading dock or van loading area with ramp.

If you want a venue that captures the imagination, the Bangalow A&I Hall is one not to be missed!
