Band image manipulation

The image on the left is the original image I took with the camera on my Iphone, as you can see it is a portrait shot and the colours on the image look quite dull. For the second image I increased the saturation only by a small amount and increased the lightness. Also I have made the image more bright and as you can see from the image below I have increased the contrast quite a lot and the brightness to make the image stand out more.
