• SRVUSD’s Volunteer Management System features a web-based software application that allows the District and all schools to better track and provide the appropriate level of clearance for school volunteers.
• ALL adult volunteers will need to go through this new process. The District will NOT be asking parents to incur any of the costs associated with these clearance processes. For more information, and to begin the application process, go to http://www.srvusd.net/parents/volunteers
• 1.Go to website link• 2.Click Top being the application process click here• 3. Scroll Down click “Apply”• 4. Fill out application and after you have submitted you will receive an email
with your login and password.• 5.Once you receive this email it comes from:• [email protected] the email reads Volunteer Application
Accepted• 6.Click on the link: https://www.beamentor.org/linkpages/mtr/mlogin.asp• 7.You will click the link and follow the directions to upload everything needed.

Report Cards & Conferences● Two Semesters. Report cards in Jan and the last
day of school.
● Fall Goal Setting Conferences- Oct. 7-11.
● Spring conferences will be scheduled by the teacher on an as needed basis.
Food Policy at Live Oak• There is no food
allowed during school day functions.
• Please do not bring food of any kind to any parties held on campus.
• Good alternatives-pencils, donate a book, etc…
• Thank you for your cooperation!
Nutrition• Check Website to add money to your
card or deposit in the office. Website also has the menu. Checks only in the drop box in the office by 9 am.
• Snacks for AM Recess• Labeled Reusable or Disposable Water
