Bhuvaneswari Tex is one of the largest manufacturers and exporters of knitted garments in the country. Over the years, we have grown from a modest beginning to become a leading textile manufacturer in India, with a total turnover of USD 30 million per annum.

Our growth has been characterized over the years by a strong increase in manufacturing capacities, focus on improving productivity and a zeal for quality in everything we do. Our operating capacities have been increased to 12,000 kg of yarn per day for spinning, 10,000 kg of fabric per day for knitting and 12,000 kg per day for dyeing. We have invested in the latest technology and sourced equipment from reputed international suppliers like Pegasus, Juki, Siruba and Brother. Our printing units are equipped to print in pigment, discharge and plastosol mediums and are enabled for varied printing needs. We have also carried out de-bottlenecking of our embroidery and accessories division to deliver execution of bulk orders for clients.

About Us

Technology today has changed the conventional way of doing business. Spinning has also seen a sea change, especially in recent times. We have moved from labor intensive processes to technology driven and quality compliant processes. Spinning carried out in our complexes has also seen these sweeping technological changes. Today, the quality of yarn produced depends on two critical criteria, namely the raw materials and the technology employed. Through our high-tech sophisticated spinning units we manufacture yarn that adhere to the best in class quality norms for our esteemed clients.

Presently, with 20,000 spindles we fabricate 12,000 kgs. of 100% cotton yarn and 100% Organic cotton yarn per day in counts that range from 20's to 40's. Each yarn produced in our complex is subject to stringent supervision during production and also undergoes post production quality checks before they are dispatched to our clients.

Spinning


Our infrastructure boasts of the best in class and latest knitting looms which help us to deliver quality products to our clients. Our quality has been benchmarked to the best and we are proud of the patronage we have established in the Indian and global market.

Our 45 nos. high speed circular and flat knitting machines are capable of knitting approximately 10000kgs of fabric a day. We can easily carry out both variations of knitting weft and warp. The texture, thickness and color of the cloth can also be altered based on client requirements. The machineries in our facility are imported from Europe and are capable of producing a wide range of the finest in textile materials. Our machines are programmed to ensure grey fabric standards and consistency.

The resultant fabric is the finest in terms of texture and elasticity. We fabricate cloths with intricate textures and we relentlessly strive to meet and exceed our client requirements.

Knitting


Dyeing


Traditional dyeing and the process of coloring yarn and fabric typically pose several environmental issues that are hard to overlook.

However, today with the aid of science and technology dyeing procedures have also changed with the times, thereby nullifying several ecological hazards. We are also an eco-conscious organization. Our methodology of eco-friendly dyeing with the latest state-of-the-art machineries contributes a great deal to our bio-diversity. The concept of nurturing and preserving mother earth and conserving our natural resources is deep rooted in our psyche. The machineries in our dyeing units are from prominent world class companies.

Our dyeing facility can efficiently handle batches ranging from 50 to 1500kgs. Our production capacity today stands at 12 tons per day, and is testimony to the significant progress we have made in this arena over the years.

Our fabric finishing division is well placed to offer the best fabric finishing solutions. Our finishing unit comprises cutting edge equipments and machines like wet spreaders, relax dryers, stenters with weft straightening arrangements, compactors, brushing, and sueding. The up-to-date machines combined with our skilled workforce produce striking fabric finishes that are well appreciated by our clientele. We produce unique finishes with the aid of stenters which are tailored according to client prerequisites. Furthermore, we can also add designs, effects, and revise finishes like stone wash, denim wash, enzyme wash, etc. with our available industrial washing machineries.

Finishing


As a vertically integrated company, we provide the best and complete printing solutions to our patrons through our state-of-the-art machines. Bhuveneswari Tex is a one stop solution for all your fabric printing needs and our print designs are sure to exceed all your expectations. The rotary printing machines owned by our unit are capable enough to meet your diverse printing requirements. We create pioneering and elegant designs with the aid of reactive pigments, and can discharge up to 10 colours naturally, ensuring complete uniformity. Our garment spot printing unit is geared for printing using diverse media such as pigments, discharge and plastosol. We employ brilliant and latest printing techniques to flawlessly execute thermal printing, flock printing, and specialized custom-made printing.

At present, our printing unit can produce up to 25000 pieces per day and we are strongly focused to increase it shortly owing to burgeoning market demands.


Embroidery is one of the many ways which are used to make the existing cloth more appealing and innovative. Embroidery with hand does ensure specialized attention to each piece of cloth, but does not totally eliminate defects in the embroidery process. Machine based embroidery process ensures economies of scale, making the fabric accessible to the common people. Our embroidery division is capable of providing systemic solutions with the latest machines. We have deployed Japanese and German machines using CAD/CAM designing, which help us to deliver the unique designs with perfection.

Our production unit has been set up with the most modern machines supplied by several internationally renowned suppliers like Pegasus, Juki, Siruba and Brother. We have scaled up our capacities in the recent past and can now boast of an integrated production capacity of 35,000 pieces per day.

Apart from machine capacities, we have also ensured significant investments in skilled human capital. The dovetailing of man and machine into a seamless production unit is what distinguishes us from our contemporaries.

Traditional textile manufacturing was labor intensive and focused mainly on plain finishes as a main deliverable since the basic requirement was to produce in bulk. We believe that our each product is a work of art and therefore needs to be blemish less. Therefore, the role of our modern testing labs assumes paramount importance in ensuring that each product delivery is free from any material quality defects. Our labs are equipped with the most modern equipment for testing both the physical and chemical parameters for our products and raw materials to ensure that they meet all benchmarked quality parameters.
