Section on Chinese Public Administration (SCPA)Marc Holzer Best Article AwardThis award was established to honor Marc Holzer’s longstanding and excellent contributions to the Section and its journal, Chinese Public Administration Review (CPAR), as well as the memorandum of understanding between ASPA and the Chinese Public Administration Society that demonstrates collaboration between these two organizations at many Sino-U.S. public administration conferences. The award is presented annually to the best scholarly paper in CPAR.
