Re: NCIG Fauna Assessment
Dear Mr Yeates
As requested, I have reviewed the Threatened Species Assessment – Fauna study (Resources Strategies, 2006) which has been prepared as a technical appendix to the Newcastle Coal Infrastructure Group Coal Export Terminal development (the Project) Environmental Assessment.
I concur with the findings of the aforementioned study and, based on the mitigation and compensatory measures presented therein, I am of the opinion that the Project is unlikely to have a significant effect on threatened frog species including the Green and Golden Bell Frog.
Yours Sincerely
Director. Biosphere Environmental Consultants Pty Ltd
