Avenue Sco and Tibbis The city of Santa Clarita wanted to improve medians in a heavy industrial area. I created the digital drawing biased on Santa Clarita Arial website. I verified the site measurements and took site condion notes. I imported the new site measurements into the AutoCAD base. My role in the project was to create a preliminary landscape design for city review and make design changes based on the review. I was involved in city review and creang the final presentaon. Preliminary I designed the layout for the final presentaon. The presentaon included a planng legend and plant images on each sheet. I helped select the plants and designed the planng layout per instrucons from the Principle. I worked closely with the Principle to give the area a unique feel and fit in the overall city landscape design for medians. Construcon Documents My role was to convert the preliminary design into Construcon Documents. I used the informaon from site visits and recommendaons from city review to build the Construcon Document sheets for building the medians. Cover Sheet: Shows city and Landscape Architecture informaon, notes for construcon, sheet index, and vicinity map I created Hardscape Layout and Planng Plan: Shows exisng condions, new hardscape, and landscape areas to remain or be built. • • • • Urban Landscape Project: Construction Documents Drawing Pacific Coast Land Design New features are called out for Detail and Secon sheet Irrigaon: I laid out the irrigaon heads, controller, and water meter. The plan shows all the necessary informaon for the new irrigaon to connect with exisng irrigaon condions Landscape Detail: Shows the necessary details for construcon Irrigaon Detail: Shows the necessary details for construcon.
