WHAT WE DO: ALLOW HOTELS TO SELL THEIR ACCOMMODATION OFFER VIA THE INTERNET
The company Siriona S.A., founded in Paris in 2001, develops and commercialises Availpro, a suite of
programs for online rooms sales aimed at all types of accommodation providers:
independent hotels, hotel chains, holiday residences...
Availpro allows its clients to increase their web sales
considerably and save a great deal of time via a powerful yet
easy to use interface. Selling online, especially through a
property’s own website has become essential, as 69.5% of
bookings are now finalised on the hotel’s own website.1
The vision of Availpro’s founders was to offer a bookings solution that takes advantage of the most
advanced technology and helps level the playing field with large hotel chains and their integrated
systems. To do this, Availpro has developed unique skills for creating and setting up connectivity -
electronic bridges - between different programs and platforms.
Availpro particularly concentrates its efforts and
investments on direct sales made by the property
itself. A property’s website is the sales channel that
should be concentrated on as this is where the best
net price will be obtained.
This is why Availpro developed its own booking engine
that can be seamlessly integrated with any website
and transform a hotel’s presentation site into a sales
site.

2001 : Siriona is the publisher of Availpro. Founded by the current managers, P. Lamarche and S. Boher. 2003 : The program is launched. Availpro allows properties to manage their entire distribution

central inventory of available rooms.
A global number of rooms can be made available for sale by all
distribution channels, whereas previously it was necessary to
ration your accommodation offer between the various sales
channels and risk being left with unsold rooms.
The Availpro Smart Channel Manager® means optimizing the occupancy rate while avoiding any risk of
overbooking, thanks to real-time updating of availability 24/7, inevitably resulting in increased
turnover.
SPECIALISED SKILLS WITH FREE, PERSONALISED HELP
Our technicians and partners come from the hotel trade and are constantly devising the necessary
tools to make hotel management and commercialization even more precise: a wide range of rates (per
number of nights, packages…), personalized set-ups, sales conditions…
To expand its knowledge and skills, Availpro also collaborates
with over 200 partners including web distributors, web agencies
and hotel management software publishers, in order to continue
giving its users a better, more efficient solution.
However, all this technology would be useless if it didn’t come
with the personalized help offered to all our clients by our account
managers. It’s a free service that gives advice and helps hotel owners set up their online sales system. The
originality of Availpro’s economic model is that it’s based purely on the performance of our solutions, as the
only cost is 2.5€ / £2.0 before tax on each booking made.
