Im Bereich der Plasma-, Lichtbogen- und Widerstandstechnologie steuert die ELMA-Tech GmbH ihre in Deutschland produzierten Schweißmaschinen mit ihrer mikroprozessorbasierten Steuerung „Virtuelle Maschine“ (VM) und erzielt damit vor allem hinsichtlich Schweißqualität, Prozesssicher-heit und Energieeffizienz konkurrenzlose Ergebnisse beim Kunden. Diese automatische Multifunk-tions-Schweißprozess-Steuerung ermöglicht insbesonders vollautomatisches Widerstandspunkt-schweißen ohne jegliche Parameter-Voreinstellungen. Die zielstrebige Weiterentwicklung in der Widerstands-Schweißtechnik mit dem Einsatz einzig-artiger virtueller Technologien im Bereich der Mess- und Generatortechnik ermöglicht sowohl die sichere Verschweißung der heute im Automobilbau üblichen hochfesten Stähle als auch von Aluminium-Dünnblechen.

Alle Punktschweißanlagen der ELMA-Tech sind ausgestattet mit vollautomatischen hand- oder robotergeführten Punktschweißzangen in X-, C- und innovativer V-Anordnung, entwickelt und konzipiert für die Fertigungslinien der Automobilwerke.

Das Leistungsprofil umfasst darüber hinaus selbstgefertigte Hightech-Schweißstromquellen für die Schweiß- und Beschichtungstechnik (u.a. Lichtbogendrahtspritzen). Ergänzt wird das Portfolio durch Zubehör wie Kfz-Reparaturzangen, Stosspunkter und diverse andere Systemkomponenten.

Kunden der ELMA-Tech GmbH kommen aus dem Bereich Industrie und Automotiv (Automobilher-steller, Zulieferer, Fahrzeug- und Karosseriebau), sowie aus dem Bereich Kfz-Werkstätten.
