This Friday 8th May will mark 75 years since the end World War 2. VE Day (Victory in Europe Day) Celebration. VE Day marks the end of World War 2 when fighting against Nazi Germany in Europe came to an end. This year it will be the 75 anniversary of VE Day. Read the comprehension (see attached) and answer the questions in your book.

Give an adult or sibling instructions to draw different shapes in each box. E.g. ‘Draw a triangle in the top left hand square, draw a square in the middle right hand square.
