Justin Thibaut, a native of Fort Myers, has coordinated the sale of over $150M in land and improved property transactions since joining LSI Companies in 2016. He specializes in commercial real estate analysis and the acquisition and disposition of commercial properties throughout Southwest Florida. With a background in-cluding the planning and construction of major capital projects valued up to $1 Billion in the Nuclear and Oil & Gas industries, Justin brings a new perspective to the local market and insights into how our commercial landscape will grow and transform near-term.

Nelson has 9 years of real estate experience where he supplied services for a broad range of commercial real estate product types throughout Florida. Nelson has worked directly with cli-ents to develop market-based solutions in response to complex real estate issues for use in strategic asset management, invest-ment analysis, portfolio valuation and litigation.

Richard Yager serves as the Director of Marketing for LSI Com-panies and is responsible for the planning, development, and implementation of all internal and external marketing strate-gies and communications. Additionally, he is heavily involved in the branding and event execution of Market Trends and Mar-ket Watch, two of the largest annual real estate conferences in Southwest Florida. Richard has 14 years of experience in mar-keting and communications and has a degree in Journalism and Mass Communication from the University of Oklahoma.

Rob Mintz, MBA, ALC is the Property Research Manager for LSI Companies. Rob conducts analyses to determine feasibility and valuations of commercial properties and land investments in the Southwest Florida area. Rob has over twenty years of ana-lytic experience and is an Accredited Land Consultant (ALC). He attended Boston University, and also has an MBA from Hofstra University in New York where he is originally from.
