Auction Terms• The auction will begin at 9:30 on Saturday, May 6, 2017 and will continue without inter-
ruption until all items designated for sale have been auctioned.
• All bidders must have a bid number. Numbers may be obtained at the registration area located in the rear of the Cafetorium.
• Payment by successful bidders must be made on the date of purchase. Payments by Mas-terCard, VISA, cash or approved checks only.
• All sales are final and there will be no exchange or refunds on any item. The auctioneer shall not, in any event, be liable to any purchaser of any item.
• Unless otherwise specified, all auction certificates should be used within one year after May 6, 2017.
• Purchasers are asked to respect any special time limits on certificates. Please contact the donor within 30 days for certificates involving trips or prearranged dates.
• All auctioned items must be removed by purchasers at their own expense on Saturday, May 6, 2017, unless other arrangements are made.
• Decisions of the auctioneer shall be final.
• Please check with your tax advisor regarding the tax deductibility of your payment(s).
• Absentee bids will be accepted for items at the auction. To place an absentee bid, call the school office at 215-536-6970 prior to May 6, 2017 or complete an absentee bid form at the auction registration area. Successful bidders must arrange to have items they pur-chase, paid for and removed from the Quakertown Christian School campus by 4:00 PM on Monday, May 8, 2017. Certificates purchased with an absentee bid may be picked up and paid for at Quakertown Christian School the week of May 8, 2017.
