Explain how a magazine cover challenges conventions

• Mostly magazine covers will have a lot of straplines to talk about the most latest things inside the magazine. However, some magazines can have just the mast head and the main image to escalate the audiences curiosity.

• By doing so it makes the magazine look very attractive and focuses more on the main image rather than suffocating it with various texts surrounding it.
