FIRST ANNOUNCEMENT AND CALL FOR PAPERS

OBJECTIVES“Assessment, Maintenance and Rehabilitation of Structures and Settlements” is the 9th SpecialistConference organized by the Association of Civil Engineers of Serbia. The Conference will be held from26 to 28 May 2015 in Zlatibor, Serbia, a mountain resort 220 km southwest of Serbia’s capital Belgrade.

The Conference is aimed again at bringing together civil engineers, architects, spatial planners,economists and other professionals working in the areas associated with assessment, maintenance andrehabilitation of various types of structures and settlements, and to promote the exchange of experience,research results and other professional achievements. The exchange of views and experiences inapplication of various assessment, maintenance and rehabilitation procedures and methods shallcontribute to the further development of Serbia and adjacent regions.

The Organizing Committee has the pleasure to invite you at this Conference and will do his best to makeyou profit from meeting as well as enjoy the beautiful surroundings of the Zlatibor resort in Serbia.

VENUE AND DATE

The Conference will be held from 26 to 28 May 2015 at the Hotel “Palisad” located in the Zlatibormountain, near the city of Uzice, Serbia (www.palisad.rs). On May 29, tour will be organised for theConference participants.

The topics listed above do not necessarily represent the titles of conference sessions, which will befinalised following the receipt of all papers.

CALL FOR PAPERSScientific and technical papers are invited on any of the topics listed or related areas. Authors who areinterested should fill in the enclosed reply form and send it by email together with a brief synopsis of 200words not later than 2 March 2015. The Programme Committee will select the abstracts to be included inthe Scientific Programme and will inform the authors by 20 March 2015. The full manuscripts have to bepresented not later than 23 April 2015 (digital copy sent by email) according to the instructions that will beprovided from the Conference Secretariat. Papers shall be prepared either in Serbian or in Englishlanguage. The language of the Conference is Serbian, with possibility to present the papers in Englishwith or without simultaneous translation (provided by the authors).

The Programme Committee shall make the selection of the submitted papers, depending on the content,quality and actuality of the presented subject. The paper with content outside conference topics will not beaccepted. The accepted papers will be published in the Conference Proceedings.

Printed Proceedings will be available to every participant upon registration at the Conference.
