CHALLENGE ASSUMPTIONS - PART 1
The reasons for NOT GETTING ENOUGH SLEEP are just endless…..
Person in same room is snoring
Noisy Neighborhood (e.g. dog next door is barking, the
neighbors are playing loud music and having parties frequently, children are
screaming, loud motorbikes passing by, etc)
Jet Lag from frequent trips
New born babies waking you up in the middle of the
night
Working late hours
Breathing problems
Migraine/Headache problems
Nightmares/phobias
Mosquito Bites
Feeling ill (e.g. changes in body
temperature, stomach pains, back
pains , etc)
Person in room not allowing you to
sleep (e.g. tossing and
turning, murmuring, playing
music, speaking to you, talking on the
phone, etc)
Too much caffeine intake
Not eating enough
Indigestion
Unhealthy food intake
School examinations/work overload
WE will concentrate on the world’s most common problem OF……..
STRESS!!!!!!!!!!
A common symptom of Stress is having sleeping problems. Stress can affect us emotionally, psychologically, and behaviorally. As we grow older the responsibilities are just endless. We have educational deadlines, work deadlines, financial issues, a family to run, many decisions to make, a household to maintain, and just more and more.
Our daily routine can easily be filled with anxiety, tension, constant
worrying, tiredness, poor concentration, and overall an unhealthy lifestyle! SO when
we go to sleep and have numerous things on our mind, constant thinking of our
unresolved problems, of tomorrow’s to-do list HOW CAN WE SLEEP????
WHAT ARE THE SOLUTIONS?????
