In April 2005 cumulative experience convinces Rehman that his job site had commercial future. In 2006, 2006 economist Intelligence ranked Pakistan at bottom. Oct. 2006 Monis try to steer his fifth dot.com venture. Problems:- There are some problems discussed below: There was a serious competition in the online job websites. Therefore it was very difficult to enter this market. Some websites like Naukri.com and Mustaqbil.com also working in the market. There was an also a problem of staff recruiting. Monis Rahman only uses the sources of news papers, by words of mouth. There was very low usage of internet in Pakistan. There were 2.5 million in Pakistan out of which only 29,000 users uses the broadband services. The quality of access to the internet was low. In the range of telephone exchange till 1.5 km internet quality was enough but out of this range the user has to face low speed of internet.

Problems:-

There are some problems discussed below:

The quality of access to the internet was low. In the range of telephone exchange till 1.5 km internet quality was enough but out of this range the user has to face low speed of internet.

The cost of using internet was too high in Pakistan as compared to

other Asian countries. As a result the users of internet in Pakistan were

very less.

Another issue in Pakistan was that for the safety of servers the Naseeb

Networks has to manage load balancers and firewalls because Pakistan

has the energy issues.

Causes:-

Pricing was going to be a challenge, given the novelty of the medium. It seems like a site for IT people it could not anyone for textile.

Rehamn was limited to the news paper, words of mouth, budding job sites that’s why he was facing the problem of recruitment.

There were many jobs sites working in Pakistan that’s why to enter in the market and to make repute were difficult.

According to report of 22 Dec 2004 the internet users were 2.5 million at end of June 2004 only 29000 use broad band.

Quality issue with copper beyond 1.5 km from exchange in ibid. Peoples not give preference to submit CV online.

Solutions:-

By capturing the needs of people which are unemployed we can increase the number of users.

He should established strong links with various staff. HR managers should provide experience in recruitment and employment as they pay their facilities managers should provide for free.

Use the good quality of cable through which the quality of internet can be provided to those areas which are far from telephone exchange.

They should purchase their own data base to store the data properly and for the long period of time.

Provide online CV to the different organization to recruit the best candidate.
