been working hard to insure the forum was easterific and ready for a week of fun and challenges!

Easter Egg Shape Challenge!

One of the things I grew up with as a kid was deco-

rating Easter Eggs, whether it was a real egg at home

with mum or a paper one at school because the

teachers were afraid of the horrible mess. Dipping

things in paint, playing with glue, sparkles and other

messy things is always a highlight for me so as part of

Easter Week and on behalf of the Modi Team I offer

you this challenge.

Members can choose where and how they wish to post but posts seen as spam WILL be deleted. Your Reward:

Picking an idea for a theme week*, and optionally work with modi to complete that theme week.

1st 3 to reach 20+ posts will be chosen to judge our 1st Photo of the Month Competition in may. * When the theme week will be run will be dependant on already established theme weeks, but ultimately if it does not clash will be winners choice.

After much deliberation the judges voted, it

was a tough call as there were many signatures worthy of winning this months competition.

But this month our lucky smexy Lyla was given the honour of taking home our SOTM award as

well as the privilege of running the next SOTM, which we hope to have up and running asap.

Congratulations Lyla! And a huge thank you to everyone who participated, supported and

judged the competitor it was very much appreciated.

Finally after much a do. artifex.justgoo is proud to present to you very first artifex.justgoo Large Art of the Month Competition! This competition will be run similar to SOTM and its predecessor on AGE (shaiya) forums to rules and structure but we are hop-ing to develop this as a competition for members to exercise their skills in a fun and friendly competition and have the chance to win some prizes too =) Members are invited to submit pieces based on these month's theme "Me, My-self and I", submissions must meet our Large Art of the month rules and condi-tions (shown at the bottom of this post). Submissions will then be judged by our panel of judges who this month will be (alilmynx, cuppycake & Pharwynd). The Winner of this month's competition will not only have the pleasure of hosting next month's competition and choosing a theme but will receive a LAOTM Win-ner Award and be immortalised in our LAOTM Winner Gallery.

Your aim is to create either using a drawing or a photo of yourself a piece of artwork which is a reflection of you or an aspect of your personality/life. (This months theme was selected by the Modi Council, with monthly themes to follow to be chosen by the SOTM Winner.)

You’re Invited too… TAKE 2!

Earlier this year we invited all our members to join the Modi Team for a couple of

hours of random fun on our forums and in our chat room! Because we thought it was just so much smexy fun we have decided to

hold a second event, in which members can join us for forum games, catch up and maybe a surprise or two!

So join us on the 21st of April 2012 at 9 am PST Time!, and lets see if we cannot raise our online activity even further this time!

New Award to be designed by miss Mathykins!

After a long absence from Artifex, I have

returned! I am so excited to develop the

writing section of Artifex! Over the next

couple of weeks, I plan to add new

challenges as well as several in-depth

tutorials. Many of you expressed interest in

three types of writing: short stories,

role-play/co-op and novel writing. I plan to

add some unique challenges for each. In

addition, I intend to create some tutorials

as well as various other guides with useful

information, tips, etc. In the future, I hope

to partner with my work in progress,

Desdumonae, as well as get you all involved

in some exciting writing projects of your

own! If any of you are avid writers with

projects in progress or in mind, do not

hesitate to contact me! I am a writing

student and enjoy helping others with

writing related projects and maybe you can

partner with Artifex to make your dreams
