The large scale of our Architectural Grilles can achieve elevation coverage

within context and satisfy user expectations initiated from a distance.

SculptMetal™ Grilles are uniformly

proportionate and sized at 24” square,

48” square and

72” square.

Architectural Grilles are essentially line art images executed in durable

composite metal. Their visual strength is most apparent when mounted to

a contrasting background. The dimensional quality of the Architectural

Grille can be further enhanced by exploiting the interplay of light and

shadow. Offset blocks in a matching finish can support the Architectural

Grille away from the substrate, thereby exaggerating this shadow effect.

Most any two dimensional linedrawing can be recreated as anArchitectural Grille.

Refined metal alloys of Bronze, Nickel, or Iron are permanently clad to the surface of engineered metal polymer

composite. The composite is strengthened with a continuous core of Carbon/Kevlar™/Glass fibers. The

completed matrix achieves extreme tensile, flexural and impact strength. Ultraviolet inhibitors and

premium formulations result in highly durable and long-lasting architectural elements. SculptMetal™

is formed, hand polished and sealed with an industrial hard-coat clear finish.
