Walnut Creek Downtown (WCD) is a coalition of over 550 businesses and
property owners within Downtown Walnut Creek working with its members,
partners and the community to promote and enhance business vitality. WCD
undertakes aesthetic and environmental enhancement projects throughout the
downtown areas, sponsors special events, provides marketing opportunities for
members, and acts as an advocate to the city on behalf of the downtown business
community.
Annual events include the June Wine Walk, Restaurant Week, Oktoberfest, Trick Or
Treat and Walnut Creek on Ice.
THE CONCEPT
Walnut Creek Restaurant Week will be held April 17-24, 2016. The event features participating restaurants in the culinary celebration of spectacular cuisine at incredible prices. Entice your appetite and delight your palate with prix-fixe menus offered at over 2 dozen restaurants. Experience why Walnut Creek’s Downtown has been called, “The East Bay’s most popular dining destination.”
THE LOCATION
The City of Walnut Creek offers the best of luxury brand and boutique shopping, an eclectic dining mix and arts and cultural events. Walnut Creek restaurants feature cuisine from every corner of the world including American, Indian, Japanese, Mediterranean, Thai, Chinese, Korean, Mexican, Italian, Latin, Vietnamese and more. You’ll find the perfect setting for your meal at intimate bistros, award winning steakhouses or fan-friendly sports bars.
