1. Family Sharing requires a personal Apple ID signed in to iCloud and iTunes. Music, movies, TV shows, and books can be downloaded on up to10 devices per account, five of which can be computers. iOS 8 and OS X Yosemite are required to set up or join a Family Sharing group and arerecommended for full functionality. Not all content is eligible for Family Sharing. Content can be hidden by family members; hidden content isnot available for download. Content downloaded from family members or acquired via redemption codes is not subject to Ask to Buy.

2. Automatic downloads require iOS 4.3.3 or later on iPhone 3GS or later, iPod touch (3rd generation or later), iPad, or iPad mini; iOS 5 or later oniPhone 4 (CDMA model); or a Mac or PC with iTunes 10.3.1 or later. Download iTunes free.

3. iTunes Match requires iOS 5.0.1 or later on iPhone 3GS or later, iPod touch (3rd generation or later), iPad, or iPad mini, or a Mac or PC withiTunes 10.5.1 or later. Limit 25,000 songs. iTunes purchases do not count against limit. Access to some services is limited to 10 devices.

4. Find My iPhone enables you to locate iOS devices only when they are on and connected to a registered Wi-Fi network or have an active dataplan. Some features may not be available for all countries or all areas.

5. Backup of purchased music is not available in all countries. Previous purchases may not be restored if they are no longer on the iTunes Store,App Store, or iBooks.
