d) If you do an excessive amount of exercise, you
experience _______________.
Hi! My name is Fabio. I volunteer at a community
health clinic. I diagnose patients, and I ask them
questions about their symptoms and their
lifestyles. A simple way to improve a patient’s
overall health is to modify unhealthy habits. For
example, if people eat lots of junk food like candy
and potato chips and don’t drink enough water,
they feel nauseated. Eliminating bad habits is the
first step on the road to health!

"This Used To Be My Playground"
Madonna
This used to be my playground
This used to be my childhood dream
This used to be the place I ran to
Whenever I was in need
Of a friend
Why did it have to end
And why do they always say
Don't look back
Keep your head held high
Don't ask them why
Because life is short
And before you know
You're feeling old
And your heart is breaking
http://ingles3cobaem.blogspot.mx/ 13
Don't hold on to the past
Well that's too much to ask
This used to be my playground
This used to be my childhood dream
This used to be the place I ran to
Whenever I was in need
Of a friend
Why did it have to end
And why do they always say
No regrets
But I wish that you
Were here with me
Well then there's hope yet
I can see your face
In our secret place
You're not just a memory
Say goodbye to yesterday
Those are words I'll never say
This used to be my playground (used to be)
This used to be our pride and joy
This used to be the place we ran to
That no one in the world could dare destroy
This used to be our playground
This used to be our childhood dream
This used to be the place we ran to
I wish you were standing here with me
This used to be our playground (used to be)
This used to be our childhood dream
This used to be the place we ran to
The best things in life are always free
Wishing you were here with me

Funny nightmares!

When Bessy was telling me how to make the fish for her, I woke up.

Tranquilo

III. Fire on Romeo Lane. Listen and read.
FIRE ON ROMEO LANE Yesterday, at 1 a.m. the oven in the restaurant on the corner of Romeo Lane blew out, with a loud noise. Here’s what one of the workers in the restaurant told us: “We were all going home when we heard a terrible explosion and saw fire coming out of the windows of the restaurant. All the neighbors in the street turned their lights on and went outside their houses to find out what was happening. Everything was confusing; People were running and did not know what to do. Fortunately, five minutes later, the firefighters arrived and cut off the gas; They put their helmets on and started to put the fire out. One of them was in charge and shouted instructions while the others carried them out. Then the ambulances arrived, Mrs. Matthews, the owner, was taken away with a nervous breakdown. Apparently, one of the cooks did not turn the gas off, and Mrs. Mathews lit a match.”
