Planting of cypress trees along Hermanville Road to create a barrier
Storm water management construction
Clean-up and re-grading of storm drain at entrance

Street light installation along Greenleaf Drive
Granted easement rights to Smith Fields Park, LLC for $20k. Retainer of $5k has been obtained remainder due at construction start (within 3 years)
Landscaping planted at the corners of Green Leaf and Sandstone / Silver Slate

and restrictions of Greenbrier (e.g. No storing of RVs, boats and trailers etc.)
