We did not review the interim RhancEal results in respect of the Swbsiadiary whose interim flnanclal results reflect total asset$ of Rs. 14942.52 Lacs as at September 30, 2019, total revenues of Rs. 4.91 lacs and Rs. 41.91 lacs, total net Pmfit after tax of Rs. 5,68 lacs and net profit after tax Rs. 4.82 lacs, total comprehensive Income of Rs. 5.68 lacs and Rs. 4.82 lacs, far the quarter ended September 30, 2019 and for the period from April 01. 2019 to September 30,2019, resp&Tvely, and net cask outflows of Rr. 0.06 lacs for the period fmm April 01,2019 to September 30,2919, These interim financial results have been reviewed by other auditors, whose reports have been furnished to us by the Management.

Our concludon, h so far as f t relates to the affairs of such subsidiaries is based solely on the reporf of the other auditors. Our wncluslon is not modified In respect of this matter.
