How to conserve animal breeds????
4 steps
1. keep nucleus herd of each purebred animals of prevailing species in the province
2. Farmers may be guided to avoid haphazard mating
3. Only proven sire may be used for natural/ AI
4. Avoid grouping of males with female animals during breeding seasons
