Snezana Anderson, a Senior Vice President at CBRE and a native of the former Yugoslavia, is fluent in French, Spanish, Serbian, Croatian and English, with a working knowledge of Italian. She is skilled in nearly every aspect of the commercial real estate business, having previously worked as a financial analyst in CBRE’s Consulting division and an asset manager in the firm’s Asset Management subsidiary. Snezana has negotiated leases throughout the U.S. totaling more than 2.2 million sq. ft. for some of the world’s most prestigious tenants, and another 600,000 sq. ft. on behalf of numerous high-profile building owners. In her spare time she invests in and manages residential properties in the U.S. and Europe, and is an avid Argentinean Tango dancer and a fiercely competitive ping-pong player.

Austria-born Bernhard Weinstabel is skilled in German and English, with a working knowledge of Japanese. He is a Vice President at CBRE and has a well-earned reputation for devising creative solutions for his clients, founded in his facility in understanding and assessing both tenant-side and agency-side requirements. Bernhard’s ability to optimize his clients’ space needs in markets both aggressive and soft, coupled with his 17 years of experience, has earned him a prominent position within the commercial real estate industry. Before beginning his career in commercial real estate, Bernhard was Austria’s high-diving champion, representing his country in numerous international competitions.
