The benchmarks in the system were updated with data from Quarter 4, 2010 to Quarter 3, 2011.

The benchmarks can be found in:• Predefined reports

▸ The time zone specified in the office settings will be automatically applied to the analytics time zone for new accounts.

▸ This will save time and confusion in the reports.

Updated and Improved Interface

Feature:

UI changes have been implemented in Channel Connect for Search.

Benefits:

The UI has been updated and is now aligned with the MediaMind platform. Enhancements include export options, filters, updated error messages, etc.

Refresh campaigns list is now Sync Search Campaigns

A reminder – what does Sync Search Campaigns do?

New search campaigns will be added to the search accounts listIn tracked campaigns, all keyword URLs will be redirected to MediaMind and tracked. Once tracked, search events will be included in the path to conversion. Syncing the search campaign(s) may entail API charges.

A Reminder – Disabling vs. Untracking

Disabling an account - Keyword URLs are restored to their original formats and no search data is retrieved. This account's keywords are no longer included in conversion calculations.

Untracking an account – Campaigns are excluded from conversion calculations.

UI Changes – List

2 new columns for account and SE campaigns level:

Last Sync - shows the date and time when the campaigns list was last synced

Note: The last sync time indicated on the account level is according to the last updated campaign in that account.

Data Last Retrieved - shows when the data was last retrieved (automatically or manually by the support team)

Errors are easier to understand and fix with the addition of new error messages
