Storage:
Enhanced Oil Recovery (EOR):
CO2 is taken from refineries as well as other industrial plants and injected into the oil well to lower its viscosity and improve the flow rate.
This technology is used as way to increase the amount of oil that can be extracted from an oil field.
20 – 40% more oil is recovered using this method
